So what is a "pair of trainers"?

Changes within the world of training, learning and development are ever increasing.  Keeping up to date can be difficult & expensive. Recognising this we have formed a "Pair of Trainers" to provide a series of workshops aimed at providing you the trainer, with cost effective CPD workshops (Continued Personal & Professional Development).

Our unique formula is one of using a pair-of-trainers for each event.  We know that there is rarely one way to solve a business problem, this way participants get to experience different views. 

Who are a "Pair of Trainers"

'The Pair of Trainers' are not the smelly things kept in a sports bag but Andrew Gibbons and Mike Morrison.  Between them Mike and Andrew have almost 40 years training experience in organisations as diverse as manufacturing, healthcare, motor sport, public sector, telecoms, food, retail, professional services, and... well you get the picture.

As professionals, no matter how log we have been in the profession we need to keep fresh and up to date. Most training for trainers is around providers selling training to use their tools and methods.  What we offer is different.  We will share with you proven methods and techniques and how they can be integrated in your programmes, courses and workshops.

The aim of Pair-of-trainers is to provide cost effective and focused training and workshops for you the fellow trainer.

Andrew Gibbons has kept a hand written personal learning log for over 20 years. Andrew has been developing trainers and developers for many years.

Mike first introduced a CPD (PDP Personal Development Plan) system to the professional services directorate of London Underground in 1992 (covering over 2400 people) and many other organisations since. Mike specialises in developing motivational training methods.
