Training Trainers

Our aim is to enable those new to training and professional trainer's ability to run exciting and effective training programmes.

Many training professionals spend much of their time training others. When they themselves receive training, it is usually aimed at familiarising them with the specifics of a new or revised module or programme.

But what about trainers' ability, confidence and motivation to deliver those programmes effectively? What do they get to help them kindle their creative spark?

We tailor these programmes to your specific train the trainer needs. This can include NLP, TA, 'stage presence', ice breakers and energisers.

We always include material which will enhance the trainer's ability, confidence and motivation by developing and refreshing essential training skills.

Our style is brain friendly and participative, we train by 'do as we do' rather than do as we say.

Some typical objectives our participants have:

Train The Trainer

  • Being yourself
  • Accelerated & brain friendly learning techniques
  • Creating a dynamic programme
  • Creating energy in the room
  • Effective use of ice-breakers
  • Effective use of activities
  • Giving motivational presentations
  • Handling cynicism, fear and resistance
  • NLP in the training environment
  • Practical and physical metaphor in the training room
  • Personalising the work by the use of stories & mental metaphor
  • Understanding of group dynamics
  • Using 360 degree humour to your advantage
  • Using practical planning tools that focus the learning on the learner
  • Using role-play's in training
  • Using space as an anchor
  • Using your personality as a strength
  • Working with groups that don't want to be there
  • Working outside the scope of the training schedule

No two of our train the trainer programmes are the same - why?  Because we practice what we preach.  We continually change and adapt the programme to suit the audience.  The objective are the same, many of the techniques are the same BUT and it is a big one - different groups have different participants - this means each group will have its own unique needs and the stories, methods and order of the programme is different every time.

If you see a train the trainer provider that can give you a minute by minute order of learning - do you really think they are learner centred?

We will provide a big picture overview, we will provide details of each technique and we will provide a detailed set of handouts - but you will never find a timetable - sorry.  If you want/ need one then we recommend you find another provider.

If you attend one of our train the trainer programmes and do not learn many new methods and ideas we will give you your money back.

We only run public versions of our train-the-trainer master workshop twice a year and do not advertise.  If you want to be booked on to the next available programme then contact us.

If you are interested in having a bespoke train the trainers workshop then contact us. Participant numbers for an in-house train-the-trainer are 5-16.
